Why do Sex Club 2.0?
/So, why oh why would you want to take Sex Club 2.0?
Especially since to participate, you’re required to have a partner who is also taking it.
Well, the ballsy reason is because you’ve been talking about taking your relationship to another level about sooooo many things for soooo long and you’re pretty sure that, if nothing else, since it’s a Dojo ride and Kraye is going to be playing ringmaster, it’s going to be wild and wooly and you’ll definitely be engaging with stuff that your BOS isn’t going to be comfortable with.
Especially with a partner.
The not-so-ballsy reason is, “Wouldn’t it be fun to take a nice boat ride down a lazy river that has to do with examining what my BOS has to say about sexuality? Oh, and the boat is big enough to have my partner along. We might see some really interesting things.”
In the middle is something like, “I know that this is something for both of us. Both of us want to get into new territory and our BOS’s keep finding ways to make it not happen. I’m pretty sure that my BOS would prefer that I do this by myself, for oh, so many reasons. And I’m pretty sure that if I want this to be what it could be, it’s going to be much more of that if I have someone doing it with me. Someone that I’m already in a sexual/relational dance with. Not only will my BOS be freaking out about it’s stuff, it will be freaking out about having to dance with them in their stuff.”
Yes, one of the intentions I’m holding for this class is that you get to dance with a partner into new areas of sexuality/relationship with the partner that accompanies you.
Could be terrifying.
Could be amazing.
Could be a lazy river ride.
Could be an absolutely terrifying Class VI rapids.
Could be strengthening to your relationship.
Could cast your relationship onto the reef and break it into teeny, tiny pieces.
Could be all of those.
And just to be clear, there is absolutely no intention on my part for this to be six-weeks of three-hour lectures once a Sunday.
The three hours on Sunday are meant to set you up for your week of exploring/dancing.
