Kraye as Coach

Coaching is usually the least complicated of the types of coaching that I do. There's one person, usually only one major narrative, and usually only one point-of-view as to what is going on. Once we get past the introductions, we decide on what to work on. Once we decide what to work on, then we decide on the how.

The "how" usually has its own methodology for feedback but we may need add in some extras. Then it's a whole helluva lot of practice, evaluate, tweak, and start again. That's the good news. The not-so-good news is that with only one point-of-view, letting go of that point-of-view can be difficult. With only one point-of-view, getting decent feedback can be problematic. As a solo, getting yourself motivated to practice can be a bear. Especially when your old narrative is pretty damn sure that it doesn't want you going anywhere near a practice field.

How does Coaching work?

There's a mutual interview, where you get to know me and I get to know you. You'll tell me about what it is that you want to work on, what you want to change. I'll tell you what I think about what you want to do and how we might go about getting there. If we both think that it's a good fit, then we agree to terms.
